Membership Terms & Conditions

Nature of membership
Membership of Isla Noir is a personal contractual right of access and use. It is not an investment. It carries no return, yield, appreciation or resale value, confers no interest in land or in any company, and is not a security.
Term
Membership runs on a five-year term. That term begins on the operational activation date stated in your Membership Confirmation, once the core services for your tier have been commissioned and made available for use — not on the date you activate your account. Membership does not renew automatically; renewal requires a new written agreement.
Development and phased opening
Isla Noir is under development, with completion targeted for 2027, subject to construction progress, approvals, commissioning and operational readiness. Facilities may open in phases, and no facility or service is represented as operational until confirmed by the Company.
Resort Credit
Resort Credit is a non-cash service allowance denominated in RC, allocated for the full five-year term and shared at membership-account level. It cannot be withdrawn, sold, independently transferred, exchanged for cash, used to pay membership fees or applied toward a residence purchase. Unused credit expires at the end of the term unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Balances are held on an append-only ledger and may be reconciled on request.
Your household
An individual membership includes the Primary Member, one registered spouse or partner, and up to four registered children under the age of eighteen, without separate membership subscription fees for those eligible household members. Household members share the membership’s accommodation nights, Resort Credit and other quantified benefits.
Isla Noir Clinic, Event Centre and Nightclub
Clinic, medical spa and wellness services are available only when the relevant service is operational and provided by appropriately qualified and authorised practitioners. Membership does not provide health insurance, unlimited treatment, free medication or guaranteed clinical outcomes unless expressly stated in writing. The Event Centre, nightclub and other venues are subject to booking or ticket confirmation, capacity, age restrictions, dress codes, security requirements, minimum spend and arrival cut-off times.
Proposed benefits
Benefits described in any Isla Noir material as proposed are not approved and are not contractual. No employee, broker or introducer is authorised to offer a proposed benefit as though it were confirmed.
Payment safety
Isla Noir does not issue bank or account details through this platform, by WhatsApp, by SMS or through social media. Payment instructions are issued only on a written Finance instruction quoting the member’s name and membership reference. Account details received by any other route should not be acted upon.

The clauses above are standing disclosures, not the complete Terms & Conditions. The complete document is issued separately by membership services and governs the relationship in full. Where this page and the issued document differ, the issued document prevails.
